Application and forms

Here you can find information on how to apply for the Industrial PhD Programme. Forms are found on the bottom of the page and in the box to the right

Application deadlines 2010:

  • 1 February
  • 12 April
  • 16 August
  • 18 October

To apply you must:

  1. Fill out the application form and hand in a single unstapled hardcopy of the application. The application must reach The Danish Agency for Science, Technology and Innovation no later than 12.00 noon on the day of the deadline for submissions. Please send the application to: Videnskabsministeriet, Forsknings- og Innovationsstyrelsen, Bredgade 40, 1260 København K. Please mark the envelope "Industrial PhD".
  2. Send a digital copy of the application (in a single PDF file) on a CD-ROM or a USB-stick to the same address.
  3. Fill out the online master data form. You will find the form on the upper right on this page. Please note the form is in Danish only.

The PDF version of the application must be created by 'printing to PDF', using one of the programs below or similar software, instead of simply scanning a printed document.

Please note it is not necessary to include signatures in the digital version. They are only required for the hardcopy which must be physically signed - scanned signatures are not sufficient.
