DCSD found no basis for declaring dishonesty in the nine cases dealt with in 2007. Dishonesty is defined as “intentional or grossly negligent conduct in the form of falsification, plagiarization, concealment, non-disclosure or suchlike, bringing about undue misrepresentation of one’s own scientific efforts and/or scientific results”.
