Weighted grade point average form
As a starting point, the form has to be filled out by all candidates to ensure consistency in the assessment of all applications. Candidates with non-Danish grades or from educations without grades, see below.
It is not mandatory for applicants with non-Danish grades to fill out the form. They must submit a grade translation certified by the university (see guidelines, section 4). Candidates from educations without grades must enclose written assessments of exam projects, declarations from supervisors etc. to document the academic qualifications of the candidate.
How to fill out the form
In the left section of the form is an example of a correctly filled-out form. The right section is for the applicant’s own grade point average calculation. Courses passed without grades are not to be included in the form. Please note that all grades in the calculation have to be on the same grading scale. If your grades are a mix of both scales (Danish 7-point grading scale and 13-point scale), please convert all grades to the Danish 7-point grading scale.
