Current issues with the e-application system
We have experienced the following problems. They will as far as possible be resolved as soon as possible.
Printing Problems
If you are using Mozilla Firefox, you will only be able to print the first page of your application. To print the entire form you will have to use a different browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Safari or Opera). The problem arises from the way Firefox interprets HTML code for printing and how the website is constructed.
Do not use special characters in the title of your email application
If you use special characters (such as "&") in the title of your application, it will create problems for the Danish Agency for Science, Technology and Innovation (FI). Your application will of course be processed correctly but special characters will cause an additional workload for FI.
PDF files must be without document restrictions
Problem with deleting VIPs and TAPs
Users who are not using IE can experience that the e-application is "freezing", when VIPs or TAPs in section 10 are attempted to be deleted. If you are experiencing this error, then please follow this workaround:
1. Close your e-application (You may need to close your browserwindow)
2. Log in again and edit your e-application
3. Move down to the VIP or TAP, you want to delete
4. Rather than attempt to delete the section, please remove the contents of the fields and then press "Save"
