Call for Proposals, Spring 2011 - The Danish Council for Independent Research | Medical Sciences
Information on grant possibilities and proposal guidelines for the period 1 January 2011 to 30 June 2011. Main application date 11 March 2011, 10 pm.
In this call for proposals, the Danish Council for Independent Research | Medical Sciences (FSS) invites application for grants covering research activities due to commence in 2011 and 2012. In 2011, the Danish Council for Independent Research (DFF) has a financial framework totalling DKK 1.2 billion from the Danish Finance Act. FSS' share of these funds total approximately DKK 240 million in 2011.
Corrections to standard tariffs in chapter 5.5 "Budget"
In the published text regarding standard rates for postdoctoral scholarships commencing 2011 the tariffs are wrong in the following lines:
- 2nd line (Level 6 incl. extra holiday allowance at end of employment (15%)
- 3rd line (Standard rates, level 8 on appointment)
- 4th line (Level 8 incl. extra holiday allowance at end of employment (15%))
Instead of the tariffs indicated the standard rates should be as follows:

- Salary budget for 2nd year of grant: 536.551
- Salary budget for 3rd year of grant: 547.686
