The Danish Council for Strategic Research

The Danish Council for Strategic Research seeks to ensure that strategic research in Denmark is organised to meet the challenges facing Danish society. The aim is to ensure Denmark’s position as a global frontrunner regarding welfare, wealth and science in the short and long term.

Phase 2 applications

The Danish Council for Strategic Research has now recieved all phase 2 applications

  • The app. total amount applied for in phase 1 was DKK 6.5 billion
  • In phase 2 we recieved applications for an app. total amount of DKK 2 billion
  • The Danish Council for Strategic Research will be distributing app. DKK 900 million in 2011. This amount will include the funding for international calls and SPIR
  • All applicants will be notified at the end of 2011
