The Programme Commission on Health, Food and Welfare is a programme commission under the Danish Council for Strategic Research.

The programme commissions activities
Allocating research funds:
In 2012 the programme Commission on Sustainable Energy and Environment allocates research funds within:
- Energy and Environment - Energy systems of the future
- Environmental technology
Grants and ongoing research activities
During the period 2004-2011 the programme Commission has allocated funding to strategic research centres, research alliances and research projets. At the beginning of 2012, 111 of these activities were still in process.
