Bill for an Act on Technology Transfer etc. at Public Research Institutions

The purpose of the Act is to increase competitiveness by promoting the transfer of new knowledge and technology between public research institutions and trade and industry, including the establishment of new research-based enterprises, and supporting co-operation between public research institutions, foundations and associations.
